Obama: We want Lebanon to be free sovereign, independent & strong

An Nahar sources have reported that president Barack Obama assured Lebanese president Michel Suleiman during their meeting at the white House ‘that any solution resulting from the peace negotiations will not be at the expense of Lebanon”. He repeated this statement several times and added, “We want Lebanon to be free sovereign, independent and strong.”
