However, he was far from the Zghorta al-Zawiye district and did not play his role as a representative of Zghorta. This is why the electoral lists will be different in the upcoming legislative elections. Former MP Ghattas Khoury is a member of the Future Movement and cannot consider himself an independent Christian.
MP Michel Aoun, as a Hezbollah ally, wants Christians in Lebanon to be against US policy. This is not the natural role of Lebanese Christians throughout history.
Solving the issue of the Lebanese who are missing or detained in Syrian jails is a precondition to redressing relations with Syria. We are in favor of establishing diplomatic ties, but this is not enough. Borders must be drawn and controlled to prevent them exporting terrorism.

If the issue of weapons is discussed in the drafting of the government's plan of action on the basis of the presidential inaugural speech, there won't be a problem. But there must be a dialogue over Hezbollah's weapons as soon as possible.
