The prisoner swap is "victory for Lebanon and the resistance after failure of the Israeli enemy in achieving targets of its destructive war against Lebanon in July 2006," the Mufti said in a statement.
He expressed hope in achieving "victory by liberating Shebaa farms and accomplishing unity of the Lebanese People in confronting threats."
