According to electricity company sources Hezbollah supporters and their allies have not been paying their electric bills for years . This has resulted in the subsidy of the electricity company at the rate of hundreds of millions of dollars per year ... This year the subsidy could exceed $1 billion. The electricity bill collectors are scared of going to the Hezbollah areas because many of them were killed in the past.
