He wrote: "Despite the deep wounds left by the clashes that took place last week at various levels, dialogue is the only way to solve the political disputes and differences in viewpoints. Our sole purpose is to strengthen the state of Lebanon . Only the state can protect all the parties and allay their concerns and fears. This is the best way to achieve our strategic defense goals in the face of the Israeli enemy . Our goal is aimed at protecting Lebanon "
The PSP leader continued": A dialogue that is calm and intellectual will established a new phase in fortifying the internal arena and in neutralizing international and regional interference , so as not to push the Lebanese people once again to unnecessary conflicts that can not only lead to more destruction and devastation. This is why we have offered at Doha all the cooperation needed for a successful dialogue .
The Druze leader added: "We have reverted in the past to the same type of dialogue like we now face in Doha to solve our problems. This should be an additional incentive to reach a fundamental solution to all the controversial issues. The dialogue must be approached objectively and calmly because achieving positive results remains the ultimate objective ."
