Hemadeh said president Basher el Assad misled Amr Moussa with sugar coated promises but the real instructions went directly to the Syrian allies in Lebanon to oppose the deal.
Hemadeh also did not rule out the approval of the tribunal by the UN based on Chapter 7 if the Lebanese will not be a able to reach an accord on this. Chapter 7 means Lebanon is a failed state and the tribunal will be carried out regardless of the wishes of the Lebanese people and government.
Hemadeh told the Kuwait Newspaper el Siyasseh that the March 14 th alliance of the Cedar Revolution is ready and capable to stand up to the coup attempts of the Syrian and Iranian allies whose aim is to pave the way for a Syrian comeback.
Hemadeh added that those who oppose the Tribunal are criminals whose sole aim is to cover up their crimes .
Hemadeh told the paper that UN investigator Serge Brammertz has already reached his own conclusions about the crime and already knows where the Mitsubishi van was loaded and its route to the crime scene.
Hamadeh was referring to earlier reports that the van which carried the bomb that killed Hariri was loaded in Syria.
Hemadeh appealed to MP Nabih Berri to open his lines of communication to the parliamentary leaders that made it possible for him to be the speaker of the parliament. This is in reference to MP Saad Hariri and MP Walid Jumblatt who promoted Berri for the Speaker position and backed him all the way.
